Yesterday, I introduced you to our newest family member – Charlie! Because I can’t get enough of looking at his sweet face, he gets to be #1 today!
#1 Charlie – the world’s cutest puppy! At least to me he is 
#2 In celebration of Pancake Day (yesterday – did anyone else not know there was such a day?) – I of course have to share a beautiful plate full of the most wonderful GF/DF pancakes ever made by none other than the Pancake King himself! My sweet husband is the most amazing man – for the last six years every Saturday he cooks enough pancakes to feed a small army (approx. 160 dollar size to be exact). He has the recipe down to a science and most of the children are starting to memorize it for future use. They eat every single one! It is sometimes sickening to witness. But they love it! Which makes my husband enjoy doing it over and over again!
These are blueberry pancakes. Don’t mind the paper plate – it’s how we roll on the weekends.
#3 Since I’m already talking about food, let me introduce you two of my greatest weaknesses:
On a good day I eat two of the following cookies dipped heavily in the truwhip. On a bad day, let’s just say I can eat an entire row and not feel even a slice of guilt about it. The best part is they really are moist and chewy! Unlike most GF/DF baked goods that taste like cardboard, these are delish! I love them!
Oh and that truwhip is amazing on hot chocolate, any kind of pie, and of course to top special pancakes. Just sayin’!
#4 You all have seen my black boots a few times, well let me introduce you to my new brown ones…

As always, awesome quotes. the second and last are my favorites! Faith is such an easy hard thing to do! ;) Glad my faith is anchored in the One who will provide the Rock to stand on, or the wings as eagles to fly on! and remembering that love can look different but mean the world depending on the person giving it..... well that's always a good reminder!
